Marg Clumpner, Owner and Head Trainer

Marg Clumpner is a professionally trained educator with a Bachelor’s of Education degree in physical education. For over 24 years she has taught physical education in the public schoolsystems in Canada; at both middle and high school level. Marg is also a certified coach and has been very successful at coaching pre-teens and teens. She has a background in sports psychology, exercise, and anatomy so she is able to develop the full athlete.

Marg grew up in Alberta, Canada and began her riding career in dressage, schooling with Dr. Otto Bode, and Bonny Bonello, before turning to jumping. She competed as a junior winning many championships in Junior and Open Hunter and Junior Jumper.

As a member of the Junior Provincial Team she was a Junior champion in the CEF Awards. Marg went on to become a Rothman’s Scholarship finalist and was long listed for the Canadian Equestrian team in the early 70s as an Open Jumper and Grand Prix rider.

Marg continues her education by sponsoring and attending clinics with some of the top trainers and teachers in the industry.
