Beth’s new book and DVD
19 08 2011Beth Glosten, our pilates and dressage clinician has finished her new book and DVD! Help her celebrate on Sept. 18th!

At last, they are here and I’m proud to present, the book: Ride in Balance – Expand Your Riding Skills with Body Awareness and Pilates Exercise; and, the DVD: Ride in Balance with RiderPilates. You are invited to my book and DVD release party on Sunday, September 18, 2011 from 3-6pm at my pilates studio (also known as my house…): 19610 NE 116th Street, Redmond, WA.
In addition to a steal price on the book and DVD, you can meet the folks who helped me complete these projects, and enjoy my Two Barns Farm wine, and housemade goat cheeses.

Dressage schooling show
3 08 2011Wcdea is having a schooling show at Broken Auger ranch on Sun Sept 25th. I have some entries at the barn or you can get them on line. There is a seminar Sat PM from 6-8 at Daugert’s with a potluck. Sounds good to go to. Entries close Sept 20.

Dressage Ladies Rule!
2 08 2011At the Whidbey team show Team smiley face was 4th in the theme judging but were 1st in the Open division for the show.
Congratulations! Rachel and Homer won the high score award with a score of 74%. Debbie and Zorah scored in the high 60′s, Vicky took Willy, also in the high 60′s ( sorry I don’t remember the exact number). Char and Bailey were better every time and finished with 65%.
Way to go Fox Bay dressage team!

Beth Glosten Clinic Date Change
22 02 2011Beth is now able to come April 8,and 9th. Please check your calendars and confirm with me if you wish to ride. This should be a fun week-end, 2 days of clinic followed by the ride-a-test clinic.

Fox Bay Dressage Champions
25 01 2011Last Sat night I went with Jasmine to the EInstitute awards dinner in Woodinville. Jas and Vicky were the only winners from Whatcom County. Jasmine and Vicky both received for training level; an
- Achievement pin and a
- Merit certificate
They then each received a merit certificate for scores in first level.
Vicky received a lovely engraved trophy for;
- High Point Adult Amateur Rider in Training level
Jasmine received a huge ribbon for 9th place overall in Training level.
Congratulations to you both; we are soooo proud of you!
